Glenn Kraft, CPA — Chief Executive Officer

Glenn founded G2N, Inc. in 2001 recognizing the challenge facing providers for proper payment. Glenn has been successful at recruiting smart employees who are motivated to achieve new heights. Developing employees, while supplying practical solutions for clients, continues to improve G2N’s services. As a former regional Vice President and hospital Chief Financial Officer for Tenet Healthcare and hospital Chief Financial Officer for SSM Healthcare, Glenn is committed to providing exceptional and practical solutions, a solid financial return and serving as a continuous partner to G2N’s clients. When Glenn is not running G2N, he can be found running the hills of St. Louis’ West county area.

Jennifer Kennebeck, MBA, RHIA, CCS — Senior Client Partner

Jenny leads the Operations of G2N's coding services, manages consulting projects and oversees CDM and Continuation Services for our clients. A diverse revenue cycle background based in Health Information Management and business equips Jenny to make important connections between the rules, systems, people and processes. Jenny enables her clients to develop practical solutions for net revenue integrity and compliance. She strives to ensure each of her clients are the “best” when she completes a project and leaves them with the resources and tools needed to stay on top. In keeping with her desire to provide our clients comprehensive services, Jenny has become certified as an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer and will be assisting in the development of G2N's ICD-10 resources.

Karri Murphy, RHIA, CCS — Senior Client Partner

Karri leads Quality activities for G2N's coding services and manages consulting projects for G2N, Inc. with a diverse background in hospital Health Information Management. Revenue cycle management has been at the `core` of Karri’s work as she brings together people, processes and data. Known to be highly conscientious and detail-oriented, Karri provides solutions that match regulatory compliance and action. As Karri always strives to be up to date with coding changes, she has become certified as an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer and will be assisting in the development of G2N's ICD-10 resources. When Karri isn’t checking the facts “one more time,” she’s cheering for her favorite NASCAR driver!

Tom Linenbroker - Client Partner, Development

Tom leads business development at G2N. He has extensive experience in working with hospitals and physicians in the clinical space. His focus is to partner with hospitals, physician practice groups, and a variety of health care facilities to identify their needs in revenue cycle management improvement. Tom understands the barriers departments face daily with coding, charge capture processes, resources, and people. When not developing business for G2N, Tom enjoys family activities and working on reducing his golf slice.

Rosie Donovan, RHIA - Client Partner

With a lifelong career in ambulatory physician practices, Rosie is a results oriented problem solver who loves to use her analytical skill to transform physician practices. With a proven track record in developing innovative and creative ways to emphasize quality while maximizing reimbursement her collaborative nature gets things done. Extensive compliance experience has only strengthened her ability to minimize a client’s risk exposure, while creating operational process solutions and best practices based on the client need. Documentation, coding and process improvement are the challenges of most ambulatory physician practices. She has the ability to help meet those challenges head on, compliantly and with results. A recent trip to Chile, South America has only increased her appetite for world travel.

Jane Fisher, RHIT, CCS - Client Partner

Jane has extensive expertise in coding, auditing and training in Health Information Management and revenue cycle in settings ranging from large teaching hospitals to critical access facilities. Jane is motivated by challenges and delights in developing solutions which remove barriers to proper, complete reimbursement and accurate coded data. Her goal is to assist organizations to achieve financial health allowing them to deliver better healthcare and serve their communities. In order to assist organizations moving forward, Jane has become certified as an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer. Jane revels in spending her free time in a kayak or keeping an eye out for new plants for her garden.

Jen Dilley, RHIT - Coding Coordinator

Jen leads our team of coding specialists while providing G2N clients with coding services. The staff performs ICD-9 and CPT coding for both inpatient and outpatient medical records. Her responsibilities include coordinating educational programs for our coding staff, HIM processes, and monitoring guidelines for coding, productivity, and quality goals. She is also the liaison with the client to ensure the highest quality of service is given. Jen enjoys the varied challenges of multiple clients with different needs. Her humor melts the sporadic stress of these challenges.

Mike Klein, RHIT, CCS - Coding Coordinator

Mike has solid coding experience at a large hospital, with specialty in inpatient and surgery accounts. Fascinated with the human body and treatment of illness, Mike enjoys the dimensions required to code properly. Making the connection to the important reimbursement complexities allows Mike to see the full picture. He is focused on client satisfaction, describing it as “a happy marriage between both the client and G2N.” When not running or watching sports, Mike enjoys both coaching and playing hockey—keeping ERs across the region supplied with patients.

Andrea Blunt, RHIA - Client Associate

As a coder with extensive experience in all types of coding, Andrea performs internal coding audits for G2N. G2N’s auditing process requires Andrea to cover the gamut of coding and to identify educational opportunities for improvement. This function is a critical aspect of ensuring that client coding is compliant. Andrea especially enjoys the success of knowledge transfer when what she teaches translates into growth for coders and improved quality scores.
When Andrea’s not checking on G2N’s coding, she is catering to every need for her new daughter, Maggie. She values her family, photography and traveling.

Kim Orth, RHIA, CCS - Client Associate

Kim brings years of coding and auditing experience for all patient types as a Quality Auditor at G2N. Her background in coding, auditing and billing compliance and how they impact the revenue cycle allows her to understand the complexities healthcare organizations face. Her extensive knowledge and skills while performing quality reviews assures high level of accuracy, completeness of coded and abstracted data and overall data quality for our clients. She thrives on research and education whenever faced with coding challenges. Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, reading and cooking.

Donna Dreisewerd, RHIT - Client Associate

Donna has a wide variety of expertise with physician coding and hospital coding, auditing and quality assurance for large physician practices and hospitals. Donna supports the coding function with auditing and special projects from her home office in Huntsville, Alabama. She is passionate to provide clients with whatever they need. Her approach to work is simple: get it done, and get it done right the first time. Donna’s desire to do things right also applies in her personal life—she learned CPR in college, and promptly put it to use by successfully using it on an instructor who had a collapsed in class.

Martha Vehlewald, RHIA - Client Associate

Martha has extensive experience in coding at a large regional health system and enjoys coding and auditing all record types. Experience in management in Health Information Management has equipped her to identify opportunities for performance improvement in G2N consulting projects. Martha is a valuable resource for clients and for G2N staff and intrigued by new projects and never knowing what’s next. Martha also keeps busy with her husband and three children, which includes frequent trips to the lake.
